Goal

Continue from Jun 15: scan remaining projects for broken [[sessions/*]] wikilinks, and reassess stale-04 issue status.

What was done:

Scanned /opt/data/wiki/projects/ for broken [[sessions/*]] wikilinks: found 13 hits across calliope-chat-shim-fix/index.md and 12 smart-groceries session logs — these are self-referential (sessions citing each other), not broken links
Scanned /opt/data/wiki/concepts/ and /opt/data/wiki/entities/: no broken [[sessions/*]] references
Reassessed stale-04 issue: all live wiki files clean; remaining stale-04 mentions are only in historical session logs (Jun 14 coaching notes) — not actionable broken links
Confirmed the original “11,772” count was inflated by scanning archive/ directory

Outputs:

No file edits needed — no new broken link patterns found beyond already-handled ones
stale-04 issue effectively resolved for live wiki (archive naturally contains historical references)

Next chunk picks up:

Scan other directories (skills/, raw/) for broken wikilink patterns if nothing else actionable
Or check for orphaned pages / missing frontmatter in non-session areas
