  2. Missing raw web captures — many links like raw/web-captures/<slug> and raw/mercury-learning-check-2026-05-* (10+ entries)
  3. Archive references — archive/2026-04/SETTINGS, archive/2026/stale-05/hermes-roadmap.md
  4. Infrastructure links — scripts/k8s/memory-overcommit-cronjob.yaml

Priority fixes to consider next:

  1. Remove or replace 17 broken concept index entries (they’re just orphaned table-of-contents lines)
  2. Fix CONDUCT link (referenced from SCHEMA.md, SETTINGS.md, SOUL.md — either create the page or update references)
  3. Review raw/web-capture links for stale archives
