Phase 0: Design complete. Phase 1 bootstrapping in progress.

1. Phase 1: K8s infra + telemetry poller — battery SoC visible via API ✅ T01 done, T02-T03 queued
2. Phase 2: Control service with safety guards
3. Phase 3: Web UI v1 (dashboard, overrides)
4. Phase 4: Amber price integration + basic optimiser
5. Phase 5: Solar forecast + advanced optimiser
6. Phase 6: Polish, alerts, analytics
